The Lederman Science Center where children can learn about the activities at Fermilab, which is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The building is dedicated to Leon Lederman for not only his Nobel Prize winning contributions to physics but also for his efforts in opening up the physical sciences and mathematics to children.

Inside the Lederman Science Center is a display devoted to Leon Lederman's professional and personal life - including a replica of his Nobel Prize Medal.
