A large fan like sculpture.

The fan is made up of large slabs on concreted connected together to form a fan. They sit on a cement cylinder on the bottom. One side is painted red.

The sculpture received an award from the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute in Chicago. The sculpture was commissioned by the City of Richmond Art Commission and mall developer Chevron Land and Development Company.
