Auckland Airport is located about 21 kilometres south of Auckland City.
It is the 4th busiest airport in Australasia.
The airport has three main passenger terminals, two of which are domestic and one international. All terminals have excellent facilities. The International terminal has recently been upgraded and won an award for Environmental design. Duty Free Shops and a large number of other stores are available. Restrooms, cafes, bars, fast food such as McDonalds and BurgerKing, currency exchange, baggage services including security wrapping, are all available.
