DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1927 (EOH) TRAVERSE STATION AND BENCH MARK IS IN SIDEWALK ON THE S SIDE OF PONCE DE LEON AVENUE BETWEEN SOMERSET TERRACE AND FORD PLACE 9.2 FEET S FROM S CURB OF PONCE DE LEON AVENUE, 87 FEET W FROM FIRE PLUG IN SW CORNER OF PONCE DE LEON AVENUE AND SOMERSET TERRACE, 126.45 FEET SW FROM THE CENTER OF CATCH BASIN COVER IN SE CORNER OF PONCE DE LEON AVENUE AND SOMERSET TERRACE, 140 FEET SE FROM THE CENTER OF SEWER MANHOLE COVER IN CENTER OF PONCE DE LEON AVENUE. STATION MARK IS A STANDARD DISK SET IN CONCRETE CYLINDER 5 FEET LONG, 10 INCHES IN DIAMETER AT THE TOP, AND 18 INCHES IN DIAMETER AT THE BASE. CAST-IRON COVER OVER TOP OF MARK.
