Located in a little known area of the Hamilton Public Cemetery is the great location to watch trains pass. Be advised that there is ample parking down here but venturing down in the winter may not be wise.

This location affords a great view of trains passing by along the Canadian National system of tracks, and they move quite slowly as this is still considered a metropolitan area. This is also a redirection/spur line area in addition to being a mainline.
Please note also that this area does not have any boundary fencing or other barriers. As such small children and animals should be secured.
Trains do come through here at several times of the day, in my case I was there at about 11:30am, however I am not sure if there is a set schedule.
