Suprisingly enough this noodle shop is called Noodles. Guess what they serve.

Located on the east side of Colorado Springs, this Noodle shop offers a very wide variety of the long stringy delights. They serve pimarily Asia, Mediterranean and American noodle dishes.
Their prices are mid-range for a fastfood Yuppy establishment. I have to admit that the wide variety of types of noodles and the delicious dishes were a suprise to me. I really didn't know there were that many types when I first started eating here.
For the health concious they have many dishes that are under 400 calories. My biggest problem when I eat here is to make a decision on what yummy dish I will try. Everything, every time has been great.
