Great museum, building also houses the Louisiana State Aviation museum. The exhibits feature everything from large saws used in a mill to saws used in the field to harvest cypress. A Small mock up of a company office with period furnishings. Different equipment used for the harvest of lumber. Also a small silent movie to watch. There are also alot of items made from cypress wood, from a water tank, to a pirogue (flat-bottomed boat) and furniture. All the interior paneling of the entire museum building is also cypress. A Great place to visit. Quite different.
