Kolovraty is a district in City of Prague, located south-east of city centre. The foundation of former village originated in 11th century. In 1974 was Kolovraty incorporated into Prague.
Long description of the COA: Party per pale azure and argent; an eagle per pale gules an of the second, armed and wings charged with trefoils or... The further heraldic description is rather difficult: the eagle is bearing a small, by a golden crown crowned, vertically divided, by a golden crown crowned, red-silver (party per pale gules and argent) shield with countercharged carriage wheel.
