This multi-piece memorial is located at Veteran's Park near a statue of Medal of Honor recipient Ernest "Chief" Childers. There are walls honoring women's contributions in each of the following wars: American Revolution, Civil War, Spanish American War, WWI, WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, Desert Storm, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. In addition one wall gives a tribute to the contributions of women during the wars, and another lists branches that women have served. The walls are about 6 feet tall, and each individual war tribute is about 4 feet wide.
The granite walls are on a granite foundation which is on top of a concrete foundation above the courtyard. The pond is visible behind the memorial. There is a beautiful color-lighted large fountain near the entrance to the memorial.
Nearby is also a sculpture of Broken Arrow High School graduate Hank Meisner, Jr. It was dedicated on July 4, 2005.

To the women warriors of the United States of America, those who have served and those now serving with pride and honor in the military of the USA
AND
those courageous women at home who supported the war effort by taking care of family and filling the jobs left vacant by the demands of war. Women became factory workers, farmers, builders, mechanics and did whatever was necessary in the quest for peace. Little did they know their efforts would leave an everlasting mark on American society and the world.
