STATION IS LOCATED IN SKOKIE, IL ON THE NORTH SIDE OF GOLF RD. ABOUT 0.1 MILES WEST OF THE EDENS EXPRESSWAY (I-94) OVERPASS. STATION IS LOCATED IN GRASSY AREA BOUNDED BY GOLF RD., WOODS DR., AND THE EDENS EXPRESSWAY. STATION IS ABOUT 30 FEET SOUTH OF WOODS DR. STATION IS A 4 INCH BRASS DISK ON A 18 INCH DIAMETER, 6 FEET DEEP CONCRETE MONUMENT PROTECTED BY A CAST IRON COVER.
STATION IS STAMPED SK0017 AND HAS THE LOGO VILLAGE OF SKOKIE CONTROL MONUMENT 2000.
