Located on the northern side of Northern Ave in between 6th St and Tide St in South Boston. This mark is not near any notable landmarks, but it is across the street from a Parking Garage, and 250 feet (or so) east down the street from the entrance to a parking lot for a brewery, I believe.
It was night when I visited, so I have pictures of the area, but they're pretty bad. I'll upload one of them anyway, though. As for my calling it "Artery 69" - it doesn't say so on the disk, but the disk has been considerably scuffed. I got the designation from a note on the sidewalk next to the disk.
As an aside, this mark and the other Artery marks (77 and 79) I found today are strange in that, although they are MAGS disks, they are not in the MAGS database. Furthermore, unlike the other MAGS disks I have found on other occasions, these have the statement "For information contact Mass DPW Boston" imprinted on them. I suspect they may either be too new for the database or MAGS disks used by another agency for their own purposes.
