This liitle back road the C192 links Portland to Mount Gambier, and has several elevated sections with great views of the coast and dunes.
Watch out for the many trucks that regularly haunt this road and the many roos that live in the pine plantations on the eastern side of Nelson.
A monument to the early surveyors of the border and their mistakes (about 142,000 Hectares in Victoria's favour) is located just over the Victorian side of the border.
The usual welcome signs are located on each side of the crossing.
