I noticed this well preserved sign while walking to photograph another Waymark (WM8A4Z) regarding Colorado history. This sign was painted on the east side of the building, thus it was not subject to the weatehr coming from the west. I had to investigate to discover the name of the company since that portion had faded (http://files.usgwarchives.org/co/denver/directories/1911-denverpr.txt). The sign is now sheltered by new construction in this revitalized portion of the original settlement of Denver, Colorado, USA.
