Kabaz Cultural Center
Was previously known as Lutheran Parish House. The fall out shelter sign is found between the first front door to the east and the center door of the main entrance on Mt. Elliott at Mack Avenue. The sign is faded and looks to have had the capacity of 100 listed.

Today the building is the Kabaz Cultural Center which raises money for the needy in the area.
