Chicago downtown streets (contary to magnificent lakeshore and Navy Pier views) surrounded by countless highrises do not offer lot of possibilites for great night views - North Columbus Drive bridge is one of these exceptions...
The title picture was taken in June 2005, so it is depicting "historic" situation, when huge structure of Trump Tower is still only "future".
