Try as I might I could not locate this Yellow Arrow. It is not visible in the photograph on the Yellow Arrow website. I strongly suspect it might have disappeared in the meantime as there appears to have been lots of changes in ownership of the market stalls.

The stall holder signs for both pitchs 49 and 50 have changed since the original photograph was taken.

Leicester Market is well worth a visit. It has an attractive sculptured gateway leading to it that depicts the goods on sale at the market.

The history of the market can be traced back to the thirteenth century.
