In the City of Boston, just east of City Hall, at the northeast corner of Congress Street and North Street (just northwest of Faneuil Hall). The disk is embedded into the granite curb, in what would be the crosswalk if crosswalks went through curbs. It's also a couple feet south of a south-facing traffic light.
