In the City of Boston, in the median of Congress St, to the East of City Hall. At the intersection of Congress St and Hanover St, in the median of Congress St, to the south of the intersection, embedded in the concrete, is a disk. Located a couple feet southeast of a streetlight, south of the crosswalk across Congress St, and between the metal gratings and the brick walkway.
