This Pichu was sighted on a display header at the Gamestop at the Cincinnati Mall.
As my son Curly Tiger explained to me, Pichu evolves into Pikachu, who evolves into Raichu.
The posted coordinates are for Entrance 7, the closest Mall entrance.
