This plaque showing the 10 degree east meridian is located in the entry hall of the shopping center "Karstadt" in the Mönckebergstraße in Hamburg. The plaque doesn't show the 10th meridian in WGS84 but in the german "Potsdam Datum". The WGS84 meridian is located approximately 66m to the east.
The actual WGS84 meridian is crossing the Mönckebergstraße somewhere between the "Karstadt" shopping center and the "Mönckeberg"-fountain.
