This is a small boat ramp located on the Potomac River, just below the 8th-crossing. Do not forget to grab the two nearby caches. There are no posted hours, my guess is from dawn to dusk. The C&O Canal towpath is very close by, making a convinient canoe/bike trip in the summer. The park road is closed in the winter, but it can still be accessed.
