The Pin Oak Trail passes through a variety of habitats as it winds through Farbach-Werner Nature Preserve. A leisurely walk takes about 45 minutes. Over 50 species of trees, and usually as many species of birds, can be observed along the trail.
The trail is handicapped accessible, with Braille signs.
