Sanborn park is 3,688 acres located in the Santa Cruz Mountains between Saratoga, California and Skyline Boulevard, (CA 35). The park is two miles up Highway 9 from Saratoga Village and after turning left, one mile down Sanborn Road. This lushly wooded park features redwoods and tab bark oak trees. The park offers hiking, camping, RV camping and picnicking opportunities year round.
Sanborn Park has over 15 miles of trails. There is a self-guided nature trail near the park headquarters that takes about 45 minutes. The Lake Ranch Trail offers a shaded, easy hike between Lake Ranch and Black Road.
Tent camping is available by reservation at the walk-in campground. Tent camping is open from March through October. An RV campground, open-year round, offers electric and water hook-ups and a dump station (for Sanborn Park registered campers only).
