This museum is located on the north side of Camp Lincoln, Illinois National Guard State Headquarters, in Springfield, Illinois.
It houses Illinois military history and artifacts dating back to the War of 1812, up to the conflicts of today.
As you approach the museum from the parking area, there is a large display of tanks, helicopters, and artillery.
