The Arch Mural

Located on the NE corner of Greenleaf Ave. and Whittier Blvd., this tile mural represents Whittier past and present. Some of the pictures included in the mural are the old orange groves, the railroad depot and City Hall. The mural was made possible through the Whittier Art in Public Places program.

The arch incorporates a Camino Real Bell, marking the road which linked the Spanish-founded missions and related outposts in the California territory.
