Whilst quite close to Lithgow, a medium/hard walk up the hill will be required, the track starts at the bottom of the hill between 2x large pine trees S33 28.555 E150 10.634. To get to the station a small climb up the huge rock it is placed on will be needed be very careful. However once up there the view is incredible.
