Official Description: The Virgin Mary stands robed and veiled, holding the Christ child uplifted on her proper left side, her proper right hand steadying his feet. She wears a liturgical shawl with rectangles bearing Maltese crosses at the ends. The sculpture is mounted on the upper section of a freestanding, curved brick wall base, with a raised limestone cross above and on both sides of it. There is a limestone ledge or altar supported by two legs on the lower section of the wall, the legs supported by a raised platform before the wall. The sculpture is part of a shrine-like setting, flanked by shorter walls with cutout crosses.

Located on the west side of Sisters of Carmelite Monastery (towards Hwy US 41) on a grassed hill.
