DESCRIBED BY NORTH CAROLINA GEODETIC SURVEY 1980 1.4 MI SW FROM LAUREL HILL. 1.5 MILES SOUTHWEST ALONG SR 1148 FROM THE INTERSECTION WITH U.S. 74 IN LAUREL HILL, IN CENTER OF NORTH HEADWALL OF A CONCRETE BOX CULVERT OVER BEASLEY BRANCH, 0.1 MILE SOUTH OF SR 1126 CROSS ROAD, 17.9 FEET NORTH-NORTHWEST OF CENTERLINE OF ROAD, 4.2 FEET SOUTHWEST OF NORTHEAST END OF HEADWALL, AND 4.4 FEET NORTHEAST OF SOUTHWEST END OF HEADWALL. THE MARK IS 1.0 FT BELOW ROAD.
