This water tower has faithfully served the Town of Maxton for many years. I can remember seeing the tower as child while passing through Maxton on the way to my aunt's house in Red Springs, NC (that's too many years ago to put in print). It is also a benchmark for those that post benchmarks on geocaching.com. PID number is EB2616.
