Long Description:
Made from stone and locate don the corner of Bay Road and Lake Terrace West
A two-tier rough-cut granite base supports a dolomoite pedestal that is surmounted by four columns supporting a limestone tower. A marble plaque is set into the pedestal and a foundation stone is set into the base.
