You didn't heed the warning, "Dead men tell no tales" and have seen the Captain's treasure! There's no turning back now; watch out for Davey Jones! You will enter a scene where Captain Barbosa's pirate ship is bombing the Spanish fort, and Captain Barbosa is demanding the surrender of Captain Jack Sparrow, here is where you look for the Hidden Mickey. There are three cannon impact craters on the wall of the fort beneath the middle cannon. These impact craters form a Hidden Mickey. It is best seen by looking back at it after you pass.
