The nice four foot marble memorial located in Clinton North Carolina infront of the courthouse. The memorial serves as a reminder to all the men and women who protected us during WWII.
The memorial was erected by American Legion Post #22
Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #7947 which are local chapters here in Clinton.
You can visit this memorial during all times of the day and seven days a week. Hope you enjoy this memorial as much as I did.
This memorial is in front of the courthouse as you enter the main doors. The oak and maple trees that surround the memorial would give it a grace of beauty in the carolina fall time.
