The amphitheater is on the edge of Haddon Lake Park and located in an open green area in this small borough. The amphitheater is a "half shell" with a wooden stage raised on stone blocks with wooden seats. There are four columns of sixteen benches each. There are also some very nice metal benches as well. In front of the stage is a stone semi circle for player to give asides or soliloquies. At the top of the hill is the memorial sign and a memorial marker. it reads:
Dedicated To The Public Safety And
Law Enforcement Community For
Their Selfless Contributions
Presented on Behalf Of The Citizens
By The Camden County Freeholder Board
June 30, 1995
The area is woodsy and quite beautiful. To the rear of the stage is a dirt trail which runs between the benches (to the right) and a stream (to the left) which eventually feeds into Haddon Lake. It is the perfect, quiet place for a play or whatever.
