IN SOUTHWEST LAURINBURG AT THE U.S. 74 BYPASS OVERPASS OF U.S. 15 - 401 BUSINESS, SET FLUSH IN THE WINGWALL AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTH BRIDGE, 31.2 FEET SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF CENTERLINE OF U.S. 74 BYPASS EASTBOUND LANES AND 3.3 FEET WEST OF SOUTHEAST END OF BRIDGE RAIL.
