This relatively new memorial is located on the small square at the intersection of Main and Depot Streets in Mocksville, North Carolina. The memorial contains the names of the veterans who lost their lives in the Civil War, Spanish American War, World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and Beirut.
The memorial inscription reads:
“DEDICATED IN HONOR OF ALL DAVIE COUNTY VETERANS AND TO THE MEMORY OF THOSE WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE FOR OUR FREEDOM.”
The Civil War Inscription reads:
“…THEY GAVE THEIR LAST FULL MEASURE OF DEVOTION.”

 Description of Memorial: The Memorial is located in a small landscaped plaza directly across the street from the Davie County Courthouse. The Names of the veteran who died in the Civil War are on one side of the monument, while the name of the veterans who died in other wars are on the other side of the monument.
