This gun is part of a memorial to the men and women of the Canadian armed forces. The display is set up in the town of Sangudo, Alberta.

This anti-aricraft gun is on display at the Sangudo Cenotaph.
"The Sangudo Cenotaph was constructed in 1967 in memory of The Canadian Armed Forces who lost their lives in defense of their Country.
The Cenotaph was constructed of cement and stuccoed with a metal cross located on the top of the Cenotaph. In September, 1990, the Cenotaph was refaced using quartizite and tinole stone. The corners, base, and cross were reinforced with cement.
The 90MM anti-aircraft gun was obtained in 1967 from the west coast. The gun was mounted on a cement base.
Wreaths are layed by the Cenotaph each November 11th.
The inscription on the Cenotaph reads:

In Memory of
the Men and Women
of
the Canadian Armed Forces
who gave their lives
in defense of their Country
At the going down of the sun and in
the morning we will remember them "
