This Smokey Bear has been guarding by the corner of S. Cooks Bridge Road for years. In the last 15 years or so, this area of Jackson has become very populated, giving Smokey many new neighbors.
Smokey stands by the power lines maintained by the Jackson Township MUA and the land comprising Westlake Country Club. Visitors to this Smokey beware...S Cooks Bridge Road is heavily traveled and the shoulder is barely large enough for a vehicle. Please be careful when visiting.
