One story, 1941 City Hall building located at the main intersection of this town of approximately 1500. Style is typical of the Southwest, and notices of public meetings are fastened to the front door. Originally called, City Hall as stated on the stone block, Capitan is now classified as a village and the building is officially a Village Hall. The stone block is the only identification on the building, but in a town this size, everyone knows where the town is.
