The House also known as the Vaughn-Morrow House was built circa 1841. The house was built by Iredell P. Vaughan, a tailor, for his new bride Miss Ann Margaret Steele. The house is in a raised Creole Cottage style. The house was restored by the Greene County Historical Society and serves as its headquarters.
