Long Description:
Acces into the South Hills Trails can be gained along Eagle Scout Trail, or Archery Range Trail.

The parking area provides space for up to a dozen vehicles, and the trail is clearly marked with a sign. While dogs are welcome to visit the trails with thier owners, it is cautioned that numerous parts of the DeFord Trail parellel Davis/Dry Gulch Road - please keep animals on a leash at these points.

The South Hills Trails are managed by the City of Helena, the Helena National Forest and the BLM. In addition, some trails cross private property, so please respect their request to stay on designated trails
