The Cheboygan, Michigan Vietnam memorial is located in Veterans Park on Court Street. A black marble monument reads “Cheboygan remembers Vietnam” and is engraved with the names of six residents killed in the war. A nearby plaque again lists their names, along with their ranks, KIA dates, and ages:

The memorial was dedicated 25 September 1988 by Chapter 274 of the Vietnam Veterans of America. In addition to the marble monument and bronze plaques, the memorial includes three flagpoles and two benches painted in the green, yellow, and red stripes of the Vietnam Service Medal.
