Three buildings in a tidy triangle immediately at the intersection of Church and Pearl Streets:
To the north, the Unitarian Church; at southeast, the Richardson (a/k/a Abernethy) Building; at southwest, the Masonic Lodge Building, with retail space on the ground floor.
The Richardson was built as Abernethy's Department Store, one of two upscale department stores in downtown Burlington; it was, in fact, designed by Henry Hobson Richardson.
