Located at the top of the south wing wall of the steps to the east entrance of the Barrow Co. Courthouse on Broad St, Winder, GA. The disc was painted over, with only the center section cleaned. DF0786 and DF0787 are located a few feet from each other.

DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1953 IN WINDER. THE ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION IS ADEQUATE. AT WINDER, BARROW COUNTY, AT THE EAST ENTRANCE TO THE COURTHOUSE, IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE FLOOR OF THE PORTICO, 16.2 FEET NORTH OF THE MIDDLE OF THE ENTRANCE, 12.7 FEET EAST OF THE EAST WALL OF THE COURTHOUSE, 2.3 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH EDGE OF THE PORTICO, AND 2.7 FEET WEST OF THE EAST EDGE.
