From the MHD site:
On the West site of Lake Street at the intersection of Undine Road in Brighton, 6.3 feet southwest of a manhole, 47.5 feet southwest of Fire Box 5372, 27.5 feet northwest of the face of the wall, 3.3 feet northwest of the face of the curb.

It is really close to a mailbox, and is at the southern intersection of Undine & Lake.
