RECOVERY NOTE BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1986 RECOVERED IN GOOD CONDITION. A NEW DESCRIPTION FOLLOWS. IN HUGO, AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH 4TH AND EAST DUKE STREETS, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTH FOUNDATION WALL OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 51.9 M (170.3 FT) WEST OF THE CENTER OF EAST DUKE STREET, 34.5 M (113.2 FT) SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF NORTH 4TH STREET, 12.9 M (42.3 FT) EAST OF THE CENTER OF THE NORTH ENTRANCE TO THE COURTHOUSE, AND 0.3 M (1.0 FT) WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE COURTHOUSE. THE MARK IS 0.1 M ABOVE THE GROUND.
