The plaque reads:
"In Memory of Conrad and Christina Sieler, Pioneers of this District. Arriving in Marulan in 1856. Erected by their descendants to mark the site of the Original Church of England Church. A Bicentennial Project 1988"
According to web research, this location in Australia was known as Mooroowoolen until September 1, 1878 when the name was changed to Marulan.
The original Church of England is said to have been built on this site in 1866.
The sign at the entrance of this cemetery currently reads:
