Purchased in 1927 from the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad Co. for use on the Jackrabbit to Pioche line by the Pioche Pacific Railroad Co. Retired in 1939 donated to the town of Pioche in 1957.

Operated in Wisconsin from 1878 to 1926.

3 foot gauge.
Built by American Locomotive Company Schenectady, NY
