The sign shows the church of Pottersbury and has a wooden marker with the following inscription:
"This village sign was erected 14th October 2008
Financed from the sale of the book
'Potterspury the story of a village and its people'
Published 2001."

The sign stands on the small green piece of land near Potterspury House.
