The tower that supports the turbine is 131 feet tall and the overall height is 194 feet. The turbine is a Vestas V39 500 KW generator and will provide more than double the power OWC needs to operate. The excess power generated will be sold to the local power company. The turbine can produce electricity in a 9 MPH wind and can withstand winds as high as 150 MPH.

The coordinates will take you to an area behind the companies headquarters and about 300 feet from the site. The turbine is on private property and may not be visited up close.
