This plaque is to the North of the fountain in the sidewalk. The church confirmed the project is the sidewalk that goes around the garden to the bell tower. There's another plaque by the bell tower in the sidewalk with a name of Allen Glyfe, dated Apr. 16, 2005, also an eagle scout project.
